On June 20, 2018, Josh’s father took him grocery shopping then dropped him off at his home. The next day, Josh’s friend Dan stopped by his house and found the back door was open and chocolate milk had been left on the counter. According to Dan, Josh was a “fanatic” for chocolate milk and it was unlike him to leave it out of the refrigerator. His vehicle and keys were left at the house. Josh was reported missing by his father on July 2, 2018.
At the time of his disappearance, Josh was 33 years old. He was 6’4” tall and weighed 210 pounds and had blond hear and blue eyes.
Josh has schizophrenia and needs prescription medication that he did not take with him. He often wears chain mail, which was left behind, and shin guards.
